Cool. Very light, the cap is not adjustable, but I'm perfect, I do not miss a need for adjustment. Very comfortable and of course, completely waterproof. The size is very small. I usually use between S and M (1,7 and 58kg), and in this case it was necessary an L. It gives very little size
