The Helmet-Compatible Hood Has A Reinforced Peak To Aid Visibility In Rough Weather. Pitzips Provide Easy Ventilation And Several Pockets - Including Two Napoleon Chest Pockets, Easily Accessible - Leave Room For Your Essentials. I ordered a jacket for SEK 4093 on 2/10/10 and would get it home between October 7-10. When I would follow my order, it remained in the same place all the time. It says: (The Item is at the shippers warehouse since 2019-10-04 11.50) Now it is 14/10 and I have not heard anything from Trekkinn. When I call customer service in Spain they would look at it. I received an email from them stating that I would have to wait another 10-15 days before I would get an answer about where my order is. Now I can't wait any longer as this jacket would be a birthday present for my wife. I want to cancel the purchase and get the money back so I can buy it from a trusted store. I've been tired of waiting so long!
