Good jacket. lousy service from trekkinn.com

Excellent jacket. Lovely. Perfect adjustment. Very nice touch. In addition, it has all the benefits of merino wool (thermoregulation, perspiration and anti-odor). Now, trekkinn.com's business practices are shameful. They have products for sale that they do not have in stock. I have placed 5 orders and, on three occasions, they wrote to tell me that some of the products ordered were no longer in stock so I had to remove them from my order, all after I had paid for them. Then, you look for the product on the web and they continue to have it for sale in the same size that they had bought, so that other customers will have had the same problem. Also, the customer service is lamentable as they respond to what they want and not what you ask them. I have bought many times in other online stores (Ekosport, Campz, Barrabés, Snowleader ...) and I have never had these problems. So I strongly discourage trekkkinn.com.
