Im on the larger side and wanted a fig 8 with extra friction mode for use in the canyons. This does the job perfectly and has so many uses that its my go to fig 8 for everything now.

For me Kong Oka is the best rappel device, especially for canyoning. Less chance to lose your device :) and more options for control friction and speed. Light weight and cool looking.

Personally I like it much more than the petzl piranha and it makes me very safe to use, the only defect it has is that being aluminum wears relatively fast.

Excellent product, easy to use and excellent features. Only the gums that it brings deteriorate in a short time and in comparison with other devices of descent it has a shorter duration. Which I think is compensated with its ease of use.
