It works perfectly for a personal anchor, also very simple to set up. Personally I recommend ropes 9.5 or thinner, or it'll be trouble some to regulate.

Despite the tiny size it makes it’s job perfectly! Works best with 8mm ropes and can be operated with one hand. It weighs almost nothing so I have two units on my harness what is allowing me to organize two points lanyard positioning. I am satisfied with the quality and functionality. The best solution for the price!

Excellent piece of kit. I tried incorrectly to set it up though with a 10mm rope but that locks it too right so ai am sourcing 9mm. My friend has one and it’s excellent with the correct threading of the rope.

I highly recommend 10 out of 10, so much so that I dumped my adjust for another slyde hehe, it's very light, you choose the size and with a thin 8.7 rope it travels very easily without the system failing, I also tried it with a 7.8mm rope the beal rando and it works however, if it loosens while there is a load the rope jumps and changes position with which it no longer stops, but with rope from 8.7 onwards it works perfectly

Good pas device. Only thing is might need to find a 8.5 to 9mm dynamic rope to use with. Anything thicker or thinner its not safe or too hard to use

This is really small and compact, and can be pretty useful. For the price, you can´t really beat the Kong Slyde. The width of the rope you use can make a big difference in how well the system works. Also, make sure that the carabiner you use is small enough to fit in.
