Perfect fit. I am size 41.5 , I ordered size 42. Very good build quality as expected from La Sportiva. The shoes are taller than the normal on the ankle, so they feel really snug. In other words, you can't loose them in muck :)). Also I have ordered a pair of Salomon Speedcross 4 goretex which I have owned previously. The build quality of La Sportiva is much better. It is like the difference between Ford Focus and Mercedes Benz.
