NanoPro’s superior microporous structure is dynamically air permeable, allowing for air exchange to help shed excess moisture vapor without compromising the waterproofness or windproofness of the garment.
How does it work?
Marmot NanoPro coating utilizes a new microporous technology with a pore structure that is 30 % smaller than previous generations. These very small, very densely packed pores allow for enhanced breathability while maintaining excellent waterproofness.
This pore structure is also air permeable allowing for dynamic air exchange. This air permeability combined with the enhanced breathability creates a fabric that is incredible comfort through a wide range of actives.

The jacket is good, comfortable and functional. Unfortunately, the tightening elastic on one side was taken out of the tightening tunnel and dangled from the outside, and the bottom of the jacket is tightened half way. This greatly overshadowed the purchase.

Great raincoat. I buy the exact same model a second time. The first served 3 years and the membrane began to crumble. It became impossible to wear, because the water stopped holding, and when you take off, then all the inner clothes are in white powder (as in dandruff). But 3 years used in the tail and mane. Never erased. Only from above rinsed with running water.
