Hi, this jacket is awesome. Now my 3rd Montane jacket. I would describe it as the perfect touring ski jacket. 5h winter hiking with steep climbs at -3 degrees no problem. Hardshell was not necessary at all. Waterproof and really windproof. Sure that you have a thermal layer underneath. Only with sweater and T shirt up to +5 degrees ok. So you could wear it without a sweater even on cold summer days. As always, top price performance at Montane. Never again anything else

Top jacket, I've used it as a stand alone thermal jacket and also part of how I layer up in winter, copes very well although not as warm as I'd like when using it as a stand alone thermal. Lightweight, fits well, plenty of movement in the arms, Looks fantastic, great on and off the hill
