Service, nothing good

The price does not include VAT (!) So I had to pay more than 700 kr when I got the trousers I had ordered. I ordered XL but want to switch to L, I sent two mailer to trekkinn.com and got quick reply but when I need help sending the item back I got no more help. I asked them if I get a new pants (size L) do I have to pay VAT for the pants again? Or how are the routines they have? NO ANSWER. It looks like I have to keep my XL pants and will not shop any more here.

Bad capitalization! The price is without VAT, so I had to pay extra SEK 732 when I picked up the item in the mail. I have tried to contact a company that is based in Barcelona, but I do not receive an answer to my email. I have ordered XL but the pants are too big for me, I want to switch to L but I do NOT get help. If anyone from Norway wants to buy outdoor clothing or equipment I recommend using mountain sports.NO, have been shopping a lot there lately!

Used the pants for a several winter camps yet. They are good as a midlayer pants. I'm wearing it over a thin baselayer in the tent and while going out of then im wearing another hardshell pants on it. I dont think it is comfortable to wear alone since its nylon it will make you sweat so a thin baselayer just to take the sweat out of your skin is fine. Also you can use it at night inside the sleeping bag. They are not too thick pants but with the baselayer + Ghost whisperer pants + hardshell pants you can stand still for several hours around the camp.
