Made of 210D Nylon Dobby, the Aether AG 85L’s new Anti-Gravity™ suspension system joins the IsoForm5™ harness to offer you a breathable, balanced load that distributes weight correctly over your body. Said harness is fully customizable and includes chest and lumbar straps; the former includes a safety whistle in case of emergency, while the latter includes elastic zippered pockets to carry small belongings and utensils.
The Aether AG 85L’s exterior includes many details that will delight all types of users, such as Stow-on-the-Go trekking pole attachments on the sides, multiple anchor points for camping tools and utensils, and a series of internal and external compression straps to keep your load secure and organized. For when you need a little extra space, the Aether AG 85L can protect its load with the integrated FlapJacket™ cover, gaining you additional volume just by keeping the rucksack open beneath the cover.
Carry basecamp worthy loads with skis to boot, or journey beyond the reach of resupplies.

I tried many backpacks, Osprey is the best, even 35-40 kg evenly load the back and waist. Convenient system of puffs, pockets. The shape of the straps and belt is perfect.

a super hiking bag that is big and with room for it all and just what I lacked when I often have the dog with many writes whether it was missing daylid and yes this does not come with daylid but instead it is raincoat in the lid which I myself prefer but yes osprey is and will be the best brand within bags for several reasons their bags are completed and then their guarantee is unbeaten

I've dealt with this company for soccer items and this was my first outdoor product bought fro them. The Osprey Aether 85 arrived when they said it would even though it had to go from Netherlands to Portland, OR (bought July 26, arrived August 5th). The pack itself is outstanding with many features that I desired. It feels form-fitted and will supposedly fit even more perfect after my first few trials. "Spacious" pockets on the hip belt, a priority for me (okay..not that big but for the belt, bigger than most). Side mesh stretch pockets allow for a water bottle to be facing forward and are therefore easier to grab on the go. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase!

The backpack is excellent. But my mistake was to trust YouTube videos where they analyze the American backpack, which integrates the daylid or mushroom-backpack. The European version only includes the rain cover. I would have liked more with the daylid, it could be very good for the type of activities I practice. Bad decision by Osprey Europe.

This backpack is close to the perfect for all-round use, as it can be tightened in almost every imaginable way it can accommodate everything for the long trip, but also for short trips. High quality of everything, well thought out in the smallest detail, can be adjusted to everyone and plenty of utility value, that is, close to perfect.
