Outdoor Research Tantrum Hooded jacket is everything they say but water resistant. Really light, comfortable, wind resistant but on my first run in light persistent rain my t-shirt was wet after an hour running. Rather disappointed when I took off the jacket and the front of my t-shirt was dark red across my chest from the rain. It was not heavy rain, just light rain. Maybe I should not have expected more but the reviews across the web are so good therefore I was expecting better. Back to the Montane if its raining.

This jacket is so light, wind resistant, water resistant, and breathable. The jacket has some very well thought out features as well.
