When I received it and saw the size I thought that the food that I would have to put in there was not going to arrive. I made a bean stew to eat after a good 5-hour walk and at 2 degrees, and I have to say that after those 5 hours the food was still very hot (it still smoked when opened) and I had more than enough. I only complemented with a piece of cheese and bread for dessert. Super recommended.
