Very comfy inside where I can feel my feet are well cushioned and with extra toe space. Didn't need to 'break-in' the shoes. Happy with the waterproof for after rain low altitude and muddy hike. It really kept my feet dry. Get to clean the shoes easily afterwards with just a brush and running water. And indeed a light weight shoes. The down side surfaced when I used it for longer duration and higher altitude hike on rocky and granite ground on Mount Kinabalu. It was the first time I feel the shoe sole weren't thick enough and my feet can feel the rocks on the ground in every steps. And the shoes were wet throughoutly inside out when hike in rain downpour.

Very comfortable shoes, a bit higher than normal shoes which is perfect for our daily walks in the woods and upthe surrounding hills.

They are very light and comfortable shoes, shorter than a mountain boot, but a little higher than a normal shoe, very happy with them.

It does have a reinforced tongue, but I bought them two years ago and the soles are already being discounted
