Salewa Alp Mate Mid WP is a flexible, comfortable, hiking and high intensity mountain training boot designed for everyone who is an alpinist to the core. This versatile shoe provides maximum comfort, stability and traction in varied weather conditions and rugged terrain.
The sure-grip Vibram outsole which enables the boots to penetrate into the ground and creates a good friction against the wet rocks while you are trail running. The Gore-tex Performance Comfort lining provides optimized breathability and waterproofing even in wet and slippery surfaces. It works exceptionally well in all sorts of trails.
Also, the Bilight mid-sole provides improved and long-lasting shock absorbency and rebound. The 3F System provides optimized breathability and stability even in wet and slippery surfaces and Salewa’s Alpine fit guarantees 100% blister free. The stretch gaiters keep out trail debris, such as grit and leaves and the Multi Fit Footbed + (MFF+) with interchangeable layers offers best customisation for your feet.

Inside, the durable EVA midsole enables a soft landing and superior shock absorption even on rugged ground. In addition, the climbing lacing and adaptive eyelets adjust easily to give greater precision in technical terrain.

If I were you, I would take 46. My foot measures 26 cm and I ordered 40 and a half, which is what 26 cm corresponds to and it fits me very tightly and I have to use it without the insole, plus I´m sure you´ll wear thick socks, which is why A size a tad larger is better.

Hello. I understand that these Salewa Alp Mate Mid WP boots are not cramponable or semi-cramponable as it is a flexible boot. In this case only flexible crampons can be used.
