I read about the boot before buying. It a tight fit and i had to move up half a size. I am glad i did.The grip is excellent.The boots are light and it feels as if your not wearing them at all. The tongue remains in place once the boot is tied up.Very impressed with the sole.I have not hiked any trails yet as it was too wet to go out.I walked on leafs and I did not slip like other boots, i walked on drain and i did not slip,so very impressed.great boot for hiking in and the feet are dry and comfortable. A little expensive,but once i get 3-6 years out of the boot i do not mind.
