In this shoe, Salomon has selected their best technologies and systems to offer you comfort, protection, support to the ground and impermeability.
For hiking in complex surfaces and areas with high precipitations, you need footwear with excellent grip, flexibility and traction like this mountain boot that have High Traction Contagrip sole, Descent Control technology and advanced chassis. In addition, both the heel and the toe have double protection against shock and an anti-mud layer so it does not stick to the shoe.
The best thing about this version is its Goretex waterproof membrane that protects from water or mud and your feet are kept dry the entire trip. But this model also incorporates a Softshell mesh which covers the shoe with waterproof polyurethane, so your feet never will end up wet.
The midsole injected with EVA and the OrthoLite foam, with anti-smell and anti-microbial treatment, fill the interior of this hiking boot with comfort, details that end to make it ideal for outdoor outings.
A best seller, the X ULTRA MID 3 GTX has evolved into an even more effective hiking shoe thanks to Descent Control technology that efficiently tackles technical hikes and really shines during tough descents. Wear this pair and head downhill with a spring in your step, even in wet conditions.

This is already my second pair of these shoes, from this brand the size is always right and the shoe is immediately comfortable (breaking in is not necessary). If the outside is no longer beautiful, it becomes a work shoe and then it usually lasts another year. Laces never break (for me) I can only say positive things about these shoes.

Dit is mijn derde paar van de Salomon mid wandelschoenen. Heb vroeger veel last gehad om goed passende wandelschoenen te vinden maar sinds ik het Salomon merk gebruik heb ik dit probleem niet meer. Mooi wandelschoenen, kleurvol, waterdicht en licht aan de voet. Neem bij bestelling een halve maat tot een volle maat groter dan je normale schoenmaat.

my wife bought these for me and they are very comfortable. immediately wore them for a 5k walk (to get them muddy) and they fit perfectly with no rubbing. narrow fit for me but having ,worn salomon before i know they are maleable. looking forward to miles of walks on the hills and around the shops because they are lightweight and stylish all in one!

These are the fifth boots that I buy of the same model, they are very comfortable and adapt perfectly to my foot from the first moment. They all went perfectly, except the last ones, which broke a reinforcement that they bring near the heel very soon. Let's see how you are. The service has been very fast. For putting a but, in amounts of more than one hundred euros I think that postage should not be paid.
