Product description Scarpa Instinct Climbing Shoes
Instinct is a Scarpa climbing shoe for men made in the external area with synthetic leather that maintains its durability over time. The design offers proper finger tensioning. The version has an upper part on the fingers to favor hooking.
Rock climbing shoe has heel loops that enhance the foot entry process. The closure of this hiking shoe has a velcro strap on the top for easy adjustment.
The sole is divided into two parts and additionally incorporates Vibram technology that improves grip especially on rocky surfaces. On the back of the foot, it has the mark visibly. The version is available in different sizes.
Based on the original Instinct model, this new lace up is much lighter and sensitive with its microfibre upper and 3/4 Outsole design. Wrapped wtih TPU cage it gives great foot support and prevents torsional movement and roll during extreme edging. This has allowed us to bolt on the Instinct VS heel cup making an this shoe exceptional weapon for both sport climbers and boulderers.

Scarpa Instrict, switch from 5.10 quantum

As 5.10 is now adidas and my Quantums feel different i was looking for a new shoe for inside and steep sport climbing. I wanted a shoe that wasnt gonna disappear from the shelves one year to the next and i landed eventually on the Instinct lace. I use these for everyhting except long trad routes or crack. They are awesome, immediate confidence out of the box! I am size 42.5 and use 41.5 for a comfier but techy fit, and 41 for those like 7a and up send time stuff.

I have tried them for only 2 days, but my surprise has been that even choosing a fairly tight size, I have been able to perform with them from the first moment, so that in a short time they will be comfortable and well-efficient climbing shoes; I have to say that I have not tested the heel well yet but it points out that it will work correctly. For now very very satisfied

Slightly too much space in the heel but otherwise a great high performance but also comfortable shoe. Works well in the gym as a less extreme version of the VS and VSR.

I own all 3 instinct models (same size): this (lace), VS and VSR. Compared to the VS model: - Feels more light weight - Less aggressive, much more comfortable and roomy - More support for slabs/faces due to the extended rubber I use this for outdoor climbing, and sometimes at the gym when I want more comfort.

Nice rock shoes. Great for rocks. Rigid. lacing allows you to sit well on the leg. Took a minus 2 sizes.
