I take them on every trekking, hiking or mount ascent, where there is quite often no possibility to take a shower. One extra large wipe can replace one evening shower (if you are not too dirty - in this case you need more).

I am using these Wilderness Wipes when bikebacking in remote areas. Just 1 wipe is enough to clean most of the dust off your face, arms and legs. Of course I carry the used wipe out to a rubber bin!
