I bought these booties for my 42 kg labrador who had surgery on his hind legs. The difficulty was finding the size because his legs were in casts and therefore bigger. However, with the XL size and a bit of patience I managed to put them on, then once the cast is removed they work great, and today I bought another pair. I measured the maximum internal width which should be 9/10 cm. Be careful, it´s not a precise measurement but it´s close enough. The minimum width (not circumference) of the boot is 10 cm measured where the Velcro is near the sole. The length of the foot should not cause any problems.

Ho comprato questi stivaletti per il mio labrador 42 kg che è stato operato alle zampe posteriori, la difficoltà è stata trovare la taglia perché le zampe erano ingessate e quindi più grosse però con la misura XL e un po di pazienza sono riuscito a metterle, poi togliendo il gesso vanno alla grande, e oggi ne ho comprato un altro paio. Ho misurato la larghezza massima interna che dovrebbe essere di 9/10 cm. attenzione non è una misura precisa ma si avvicina abbastanza. La larghezza (non la circonferenza) minima dello stivale è di 10 cm misurata dove c´è il velcro quello vicino alla suola. La lunghezza del piede non dovrebbe dare problemi.

We have 4 pairs for our two dogs and they all seem to fit both the front and the back paws very well. One dog however, has slightly larger back paws than the front so you might have to get a different size. He wears M on the front and L on the back while the other wears S all around. Great booties, haven’t lost one on a walk or play yet.
