VAUDE Roccia Primasoft Jacket

Clever weather gear for trekking. The Roccia Primasoft Hoody combines classic softshell material with a membrane and Primaloft® Black Insulation Eco fill. The result: a hooded jacket that offers wind and water resistance in some areas, while insulating those areas of the body most exposed to the cold. The construction: the outer shell and the lining are identical in each region; the difference lies between the layers. In Zone 1, the chest and shoulder regions, a 100% windproof and waterproof membrane protects the areas most exposed to wind and rain. Here lightweight, finely structured Primaloft® insulation is used to also keep the upper body warm. In Zone 2, the lower chest and back region, a membrane is integrated without any additional insulation. In Zone 3, the back of the jacket, no membrane is used. This enhances the materials breathability and elasticity in this area - which is extremely useful when carrying a backpack. This product is made with Eco Finish, an environmentally friendly water-repellent finish without fluorocarbons (PFC).
