There may be fewer climbers in our country who use Rebo than GriGuri. However, I think Revo´s locking and unlocking systems are reasonable and excellent. The shape is cute too lol. I bought it because it matched my climbing style.
Currently, there is a possibility that the same packaged item is out of stock, so we have contacted trekkinn. We hope for a smart response to this. I would like to use it soon and review it again.

I started to wall climbing around 3 months ago, my friends has been assisting only with ATC and teaching me how to use it but always with someone assisting the rope, now I feel more comfortable belaying because the auto-lock of Revo. For beginners, I can say that it has the same movement as an ATC but a bit more weighty (ofc). However, the auto-lock works perfectly and reacts instantly and it gets a bit of time to get used to unlock it but once you get used to, is very fast to use. As always, read the manual of how to use it and it will be good. Finally, is very easy to teach how to use it from the most experienced to beginner's climbers. Can it be a bit more expensive than Grigri (very used between the community) but is completely secure and worthy, 100% recommended. Greetings from Chile

Mine arrived at 282 grams. Excellent for less experienced people, it boosts the climber's confidence. Very good for solo climbing too. It takes some getting used to but it's worth it!

Happy with the purchase. I bought it for sports and some long solo equipped routes and I liked it a lot. Quick and comfortable to wind up the first one. Alone on equipped routes, very comfortable, although I will have to try it more. Light and easy handling. recommendable

At the moment I only used to drive - this is exactly what I expected and I am 100% satisfied. Spending a rope is a fairy tale - the best of the best - there's no need to add anything else. It is very pleasant to lower the leader - soft, without jerks. Generally belaying is like a regular cup - with proper belaying, when the leader falls off, the auto-lock does not activate; but it's nice to be 100% sure that in the event of my mistake during belaying, or some unforeseen accident, when I let go of the blocking rope, the climber will not sink down, because the blockade will work. No other instrument can offer this certainty. It also made me feel very safe as a climber; + 5 points to psyche;). If one only expects it, there is no better instrument. But if you want / need other hardware features, given by e.g. Gri, that's ok, Revo does not have it, but remember that then for this gain of some additional convenience or functionality, you always pay by subtracting this 1% from 100% operational reliability the blockade that Revo gives, and it is worth being aware of it. Everyone makes the choice himself, but on the sports roads, from the day of purchase, I let myself be secured and I also support others, only on Revo.

works as advertised. it takes a bit of getting used to unlocking the device once it’s loaded, that’s the reason for my 4 stars. while some say it’s great for beginners, and i agree that it takes the lack of experience out of the equation, it can create ,a difficult situation for the leader if the beginner belayer can’t release the loaded device quickly enough to give slack when needed. otherwise, great device, i actually purchased a second one.

Number 1 belay tool. Will arrest in safe conditions the fall without touching the rope or the device, as is blocking on speeds higher than 4 meters per sec. Also suitable for rapelling, but it will block on fast descending. Can be used in multipitch. Cannot be used for ascensions, like Grigri. Overall can be described as in advertising using the term "revolutionar".

This is by far the smoothest belay device I have ever used. A little on the heavy side and lots of moving parts, but is easy to use and locks out beautifully.
